Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs $9.99. Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Most lighting products ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 3–7 business days; other products may take 7–20 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can I return a product?

We accept return requests for products that are damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the product description. Please submit your request within 14 days of delivery at egoistforms@gmail.com and do not send any product back without written instructions from us. We do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind or personal preference, unless otherwise required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a return is approved, the customer pays the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

When will I receive my refund?

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approving your return.
