Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products Only

At Lathera, we do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection of size, color, or design, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We accept return requests and provide appropriate remedies for products that are:

  • Defective or faulty;

  • Materially different from the product description.

Reporting a Problem

Please do not send any product back without receiving written instructions from Lathera.

Return Shipping

Refunds
