Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Most lighting products ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 3–7 business days; other products may take 7–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping costs $9.99. Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may be outside our control.

Customs and Import Fees
